Bathing Beauty

How would you describe your bathroom? Do the words outdated, dysfunctional, grungy (or worse!) come to mind? If so, consider these words instead: The Bath Connection. Why?Because The Bath Connection has been creating dream bathrooms for more than 25 years, and it can transform yours from “blah” to “spa” without missing a beat. And an updated bathroom is not only enjoyable, but can help to sell your home in a buyers’ market.
All three Bath Connection showrooms—in Millburn, Fanwood, and Bayonne—will inspire you with striking product displays at every turn. You’ll find custom and semicustom cabinetry by Vanity Flair and Omega; Hansgrohe and Rohl faucets; and Toto toilets and tubs, as well as pedestal sinks, shower doors, steam units, and saunas (ah!). And those are just some of the endless manufacturers that the design specialists represent.
The Bath Connection also carries a fabulous selection of marble, granite, and Caesarstone quartz countertops. They’ve got all the bells and whistles, too, like mirrors, decorative lighting, warming towel bars, hardware, and unique bathroom accessories.
The Bath Connection also specializes in updating your kitchen, offering everything from water filtration and instant hot-water systems to garbage disposals, an extensive selection of cabinet hardware, and gorgeous faucets. “We’ve got everything you need to complement your kitchen cabinetry,” notes manager Nancy Malchi.
And the bath specialists have you covered on style, too. “We have styles that appeal to different people—from very modern to classic and traditional,” says Malchi.
What’s hot? “Contemporary is becoming more popular,” observes design consultant Monica Lawless. “People want clean lines and simpler designs, but they also want luxury and performance.”
They also want those same traits in eco-conscious products, she adds. Happily, there are plenty to choose from, such as water-saving fixtures and countertops made from recycled glass. Lest you feel overwhelmed by the plethora of choices, the knowledgeable staff is eager to steer you in the right direction. “We help coordinate the whole look,” Malchi attests. “The design, placement, sizing—everything.”
And its affiliation with New Jersey Plumbing Supply allows The Bath Connection to be more competitive, capable, and knowledgeable, she adds. “We have the knowledge and ability of a plumbing supply house,” Malchi notes. “We work as a team.” In fact, plumbing experts are readily available to address design questions or field calls from contractors and architects.
Besides its great products, what makes The Bath Connection truly shine is “a pleasant atmosphere, amazing customer service, and most importantly, our knowledge of the business,” states Malchi. “We work with your budget, and there’s something here for everyone.”
A passion for their work completes the package. “We love satisfying our clients’ needs,” she says, “and turning their design wishes into reality.”
